1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (?Terms?) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Code-Crafters. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Code-Crafters provides:

ERP and SaaS platforms (including Jobu360)

School and college management systems

Website and mobile application development

Digital marketing and social media management

WhatsApp Business API integrations

Cloud hosting and maintenance

Biometric attendance system integration

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

Provide accurate information.

Maintain account confidentiality.

Use services lawfully.

Obtain consent before collecting personal or biometric data.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Razorpay, Stripe, UPI, or bank transfer.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Services may be suspended for overdue payments.

Applicable GST will be charged as per Indian law.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and materials developed by Code-Crafters remain the company?s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use.

6. Third-Party Services

Integrations with Meta (WhatsApp/Facebook) and Google are subject to their respective policies. Code-Crafters is not responsible for disruptions caused by these providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Code-Crafters? total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Services may be terminated for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Outstanding dues become immediately payable upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the Gauhati High Court, Assam.

2. How We Use Information

3. Payment Gateways

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay and Stripe. Sensitive card information is not stored by Code-Crafters and is handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

4. WhatsApp Business API

By opting in, users consent to receive service-related messages. Data may be processed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

5. Google & Facebook Integrations

We may use Google Analytics, Google Maps, Google Login, Facebook Login, and advertising tools. Data handling is subject to their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Security

Security measures include:

7. User Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data and withdraw consent.

? 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

Payments for completed milestones or delivered services are non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only if:

The project has not yet commenced.

Code-Crafters is unable to deliver the agreed service.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7?10 business days via the original payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email.

Cancellation after project initiation may incur charges for work already completed.

Subscription services can be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

3. Subscription Renewals

Annual maintenance and hosting services are billed in advance.

Failure to renew may result in service suspension or termination.

? 4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Service Availability

Target uptime: 99% annually, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.

4. Scheduled Maintenance

Clients will be notified at least 24 hours in advance of any planned maintenance.

5. Exclusions

The SLA does not apply to:

Third-party service failures (Razorpay, Stripe, Meta, Google, hosting providers)

Client-side misconfigurations

Internet connectivity issues

Force majeure events

?? 5. End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Code-Crafters grants clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use its software solely for internal business or institutional purposes.

2. Restrictions

Users shall not:

Reverse engineer or decompile the software

Resell or sublicense the software without permission

Modify or create derivative works

Use the software for unlawful purposes

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Code-Crafters unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Updates and Maintenance

Updates may be provided during the active maintenance or subscription period.

Additional customizations may incur extra charges.

5. Termination

The license terminates automatically if the user violates the agreement or fails to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, the user must cease all use of the software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided on an ?as-is? and ?as-available? basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

Code-Crafters shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the software.
